"Trust. It's all about trust. I've dealt with these folks on and off for about twenty years, and I've never felt they were pushing the upsell. I recently needed a furnace (my old one was making weird, ominous noises - not good) and McKeon beat the competitor's prices and sent Tony on the coldest day of the year, arriving at 7:30 in the morning, and he single-handedly replaced my furnace by 2:00 pm. Beautiful work!"
