From the telephone consultation, technician, installers, and financial mgr we received absolutely stellar care and service. We never used this company before and tried them as our former Carrier heater serviceman retired. Our heater stopped working on Thurs. Our heat went out during the coldest week in January and although Collis was booked solid with customers, they came the next day (on Sat) to troubleshoot our problem. We needed a new heater. Collis installed a carrier Infinity heater 59MN7 98.5% efficiency rating and also replaced our Carrier thermostat on 1/15/2024. Our old heater was a Carrier Infinity, so we researched the Carrier webpage for a recommended service center. Carrier Corp recommended Collis in our area. So glad we did."
