"The General 4-person team arrived at 8-30a.m. last Friday and totally completed the installation of our new 4-ton unit at 7-15 p.m., as well as hauled away the old system when they left. All 4 members of the team were efficient, team-oriented, and polite. We have already scheduled the 2024 Spring service!"

"Highly recommend General Air Conditioning Company. Everyone we spoke to and worked with to get our AC repaired and ultimately replaced had outstanding customer service and knowledge. Crystal and Tim were prompt in answering our many calls and texts and had great communication throughout the process of working with General Air Conditioning. Makayla was our main AC tech on the original repair call and follow-up services. Her knowledge, work ethic, and communication are superior. We look forward to having General Air Conditioning as our AC servicer for all future needs. "
