"Matt and his helper were absolutely fantastic. I am a first-time homeowner, and I purchased a home with a poor water heater installation from the previous owner. This issue was causing me stress, which I knew needed to be taken care of. I checked out a couple of other companies for a new water heater install, and all of them were trying to sell me with fear. Matt came and gave me a quote for tanked and tankless. He was straightforward and informed me well. He didn't try to sell with fear. He was straightforward and understood my issue. After thinking it over for a night if I wanted to do a tank or tankless. I pulled the trigger on tankless. Matt gave me all the confidence in his ability to solve an issue in my home. When he arrived for the install, I knew I was still in good hands. Matt and his helper informed me of the install plan and gave me a couple of options for how they could install my tankless. After a day of work, they finished. The installation of my tankless is flawless. It's clean, organized, and installed per specs. A standard has been set by Matt and his helper. Excellent above and beyond. I will continue to be a future customer, and I will recommend Herrmann's services to anyone. I know if an issue arises in my home, such as plumbing, electrical, or even HVAC. I know I'll be relaxed when I know Herrmann Services is a phone call away, and a solution will be coming with that work truck. Matt, please continue to set the example of excellence. You're the man."
