"I had a really great experience working with Kurt from your sales team. Despite a super busy time of the season, he was really responsive to questions and spent the most time talking through options with me. The installation was also easy, quick, and seamless. I appreciate that a technician came out to take measurements prior so that the ducting was already ready. There was an issue with the thermostat wiring, but I appreciate how quickly it was resolved. From the first consultation with Wes, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Wes and the team arrived punctually for the installation. They were respectful of my home—wearing boot covers and cleaning up thoroughly when done. They answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.
