"Rhodes was just great. A bad storm had knocked out my power for 4 days when they were to install, and they just kept working with me, and the next day, power came on. Trina was so kind and patient. Tim also did a great job getting my estimate together. Carlos was absolutely the best…Rhodes is lucky to have him!! Michael was very polite both in and out of my house. "The primary reasons we chose Rhoads for the installation of a heat pump system in our home were: (1) the company is employee-owned and (2) we have had a positive experience with them over many years as our oil supplier. We were pleased that Rhoads was able to send a crew out within a week of when we accepted their proposal, and the work was completed with minimum disruption to our lives. Rhoads employees were responsive to our questions and concerns, as they have always been in the past. Finally, we love the even control over our heat and air conditioning provided by the system and the fact that it allows us to easily regulate the temperature in each room of our house. This was an expensive proposition and one we would only have undertaken with a company we already trust. For us, Rhoads is that company!"

"I had a problem with my furnace and I have a Service Contract with Rhoads to service my furnace. After an expensive repair I knew it was time to replace it. My experience talking to the salesperson was great and I chose Rhoads to replace the furnace and air conditioner. The installers did a fabulous job and were really respectful to me. All and all my experience with Rhoads has been fantastic. "
