100% rating 100 by S.G. from Quarryville, PA on 09/11/26 Verified Purchase "The three Rhoads employees who worked on this latest project were great and a pleasure to work with. Tim - Sales and help with the bedroom unit placement. Carlos - Installer. Micheal - Installer. The install went smoothly, and all areas were left clean. The new unit has made a noticeable improvement and is doing what I envisioned it would do. "

100% rating 100 by P.Y. from Lancaster, PA on 08/12/26 Verified Purchase "Rhodes was just great. A bad storm had knocked out my power for 4 days when they were to install, and they just kept working with me, and the next day, power came on. Trina was so kind and patient. Tim also did a great job getting my estimate together. Carlos was absolutely the best…Rhodes is lucky to have him!! Michael was very polite both in and out of my house. Thank you all so much, and for the friends discount also!! Thank you for the candy. Love that. "

100% rating 100 by L.L. from Lebanon, PA on 06/26/26 Verified Purchase "You had been maintaining my old AC for quite some time. Also, your estimate for the new AC was less than another proposal. Good job! Many thanks. "
100% rating 100 by D.R. from Lebanon, PA on 06/09/26 Verified Purchase "The primary reasons we chose Rhoads for the installation of a heat pump system in our home were: (1) the company is employee-owned and (2) we have had a positive experience with them over many years as our oil supplier. We were pleased that Rhoads was able to send a crew out within a week of when we accepted their proposal, and the work was completed with minimum disruption to our lives. Rhoads employees were responsive to our questions and concerns, as they have always been in the past. Finally, we love the even control over our heat and air conditioning provided by the system and the fact that it allows us to easily regulate the temperature in each room of our house. This was an expensive proposition and one we would only have undertaken with a company we already trust. For us, Rhoads is that company!"
100% rating 100 by L.Y. from Fleetwood, PA on 06/08/26 Verified Purchase "Friendly, explained everything!"
