They clearly demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the newest technology available in high-performance furnaces and heat pumps, and options for combining heating and cooling systems to provide functionally higher synergistic efficiencies that are environmentally and economically appealing to homeowners. They were professional, courteous, and attentive in all conversations, and their combined work ethic resulted in an installation, inside and outside, that reflects high-performance HVAC Systems. Systems are working well, and we are comfortable and warmer than we were previously, with the same temperature settings throughout our home.
