"Rusk is the best in the business. Our HVAC stopped working during the hottest part of the summer, and they were at my house that afternoon. Our unit was almost 20 years old. The service technician explained the issue and helped get a salesperson out to our house the same day. We had our new unit installed three days later. From the technician, to the salesperson, to the installers, we were treated great! Excellent service! Will always recommend Rusk to my family and friends!"
