"We could not have been more satisfied working with the Sure Temp team during the recent installation of our Mitsubishi hyper-heat ductless heat pump system. Salesman Tom was very thorough in explaining options that would satisfy our needs and was incredibly patient while satisfactorily answering our many questions. Once we made the decision to go with Sure Temp, then Sean and Kyle proceeded with the installation and boy were they top-notch. Professional, knowledgeable, worked hard, and were very pleasant to deal with. And like Tom, patiently answered all our questions while also keeping us informed regarding what they were going to do next, or what problem needed to be solved. And they worked great as a team! Without a doubt, we will specifically ask for Sean and Kyle if we ever have other work done. Sure Temp is a local, family-owned business and they've gained our confidence and respect.
