He made himself available, answered our many questions, and gave us the assurance we needed to move forward after our trust had been broken by the last company. Scheduling was very quick, even over the busy holiday season. Weirton, Jeff, and the team were so kind, attentive, and worked quickly to get us restored. The best part is we no longer have to worry about our heat going out again. We will definitely use Horne in the future for maintenance and have already recommended it to others. "
