"On Monday, Michael checked our furnace for annual maintenance and found a higher CO level. We always tested 0 and none of our CO detectors showed any sign of CO. He clearly explained and showed pictures to confirm. The system was shut down immediately. We set up an appt. to discuss replacement with Joey and he came Monday evening, explaining all options and clearly answering all of our questions. We decided to replace the entire system as soon as possible. Weds. the new system was installed by Rene, Wriston, and Chase. They were amazing! They started working at 7:45 am and were done by 1:30 pm! Neat, clean, professional, and pleasant. I am still in awe of the entire crew. We have been a part of the Horne Company since 2004 and they remain absolutely the most reliable, trustworthy company we have ever worked with. Thank you to the entire company. You are one in a million!"
