"FROM THE first visit, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH CALEB AND Jaden. They were professional and friendly. Caleb explained options in ways we could understand. This team easily detected the leak and moved forward with a plan to repair it the next day. The next morning, Zach and Damian arrived on time. Again, professional and concerned about our Needs. Zach explained every step along the way, and Damion worked diligently along side him. It was a long and tedious job that ended on a Friday afternoon. To top things off, Caleb and Jaden showed up at the end to see the final job. We were able to shower and do laundry that day. THESE 4 YOUNG men were so pleasant. The knowledge base and problem-solving skills of Caleb and Zach were quite impressive. We highly recommend Pipes and Plugs!"
