When Luis came to our home on June 6, we were impressed by his explanation of the replacement process, level of knowledge, and up front about the 3 estimates we would receive from Burkholder's (Good, Better, Best). We had never gone through an AC installation, as the house was retrofitted with the unit when we bought the house. It was a big learning curve for us on home air conditioners. Luis really helped by indicating we could continue to use our existing system and explained what to watch out for. He assured my husband and me that we could safely run the unit in a limited way, which is something the existing servicing company did not tell us. We decided to go with Burkholder's not only based on price but also on the level of customer service we experienced leading up to us signing the contract. Burkholder's was clear about the installation timing and where we were in the queue. We also knew we had the AC backup plan to get us through to installation day. Everything worked out according to the time schedule presented by Burkholder's. We had our new AC unit installed in less than a day and within 6 weeks of when we first learned the old one needed to be replaced. Thank you, Burkholder's, for getting the job done! "
