"I was looking for a Trane, and I actually had another quote on the same unit. I am so happy I chose to go with Advanced - they gave me a better price, provided a complete explanation of what they were going to do, fully explained the functioning (answering my MANY questions, and made adjustments to customize the unit to our needs and preferences) When we had a concern, their technician showed up the next day and worked everything out to our satisfaction. I don't believe we could be more satisfied!"
