"I met Jacob first, and he diagnosed the problem. He was so kind and explained all that was happening. That afternoon, the salesperson came and did all the measurements and explained all about what needed to be decided. I don’t remember his name, but he was great, too. We liked that all the people we dealt with said the best things about the company and its owners. When the furnace was installed, they all worked together like a team. "
