"Kappler is a great company to work with. Logan was the sales guy, and he took the time to explain everything and assure us that the work would be done correctly. He also took the time to explain all the rebates we are entitled to. Beck was the installer, and he also took the time to explain what he was going to do. Nate, the electrician, also explained everything and was happy to honor our request to make the electrical connection less conspicuous. Together, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Kappler without hesitation."

"Brent was an excellent "first impression" for Kappler. He was patient (I had many, many questions), well-informed, proud of his position with Kappler, and a good communicator. The team, Noah, and Richard were terrific. Spotless, professional, helpful, and also very patient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kappler to others!"
