"Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful. There was a minor thing that needed to be moved back afterwards, which they took care of immediately. Jerry did an excellent job explaining the app and how it worked. The owner also followed up again to make sure everything was fine. Such a quality company. "Dave's Heating & Air Conditioning is very professional, and customer service is "stellar." We have had them service our furnace and A/C for a few years. This year, 2025, our furnace wasn't working right, and they troubleshooted and were so responsive. When the first few fixes didn't work, they found the answers. "My experience with Dave's Heating & Air is completely positive-from initial contact for estimate through follow-up after installation. The entire crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and with a positive attitude. Explained the system and new thermostat operation. All old equipment was removed, and work areas were totally cleaned up. Arranged for an electrician and city inspector to take care of the necessary steps to finalize the installation. Totally pleased!"
