"When I purchased my house last year the previous owner had used Hale's. When I needed a check-up on the system, being new to the area, I called Hale's. They were very pleasant to work with and set up a service call that same week. The technicians have always been very nice and very knowledgeable. In my opinion, Hale's is a great company with great service and knowledge that truly appreciates their customers and relationships. "
