"I have been a Hammond customer for many years. I have always been well pleased with technicians who have completed my routine maintenance. Everyone has been polite and professional. Any issues were always explained in a clear and concise manner. At my last maintenance appointment, a problem was discovered, and it was time for a new unit. The technician, James, helped me set up an appointment with a salesperson for the next day. Wayne was out the next day. He explained my options, listened to my needs, and answered all my questions so that I could make my decision. Installation was the next business day. The day after the installation, Brad came to do a final inspection of the unit. This process was quick and efficient, and I would definitely recommend Hammond Services to anyone. "
