Called Davis Bros, as we used them before. Rep. came out that evening, after hours. The unit is repairable but expensive and fairly old, so we elected to go with a new one. Options were presented: price, guarantees, service, etc. Guys arrived early the next morning, and we had a new A/C unit before noon. They were efficient, nice, and knew their stuff! Cleaned up great. Davis Bros called later that day or the next to make sure all was working well and to make sure we were satisfied. We were most pleased with the timeliness, and the price was fair. We would recommend Davis Bros. to anyone who asks! Thank you for a fine job ... and the cute little lunch bag and the tasty cookies too :) "
