"I was referred to Scott's by a friend, and I was very impressed that I was able to get service within hours of my call. Also, the technicians arrived when they said they would. No waiting and wondering. They listened to my description of the problem and did not brush me off as just the average homeowner. They found the source of the failure and showed me other issues that needed to be corrected. At my request, the repairs were made for a fair price, and I was supplied with complete documentation of the repairs and the condition of my unit. "

"I appreciate the quick response I received to my air conditioning needs. I was given an appointment within 1 day of my initial call. My technician was Christian. He came within the time frame provided and was very pleasant. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions in terms that I could understand, which was very informative.
