"You all were AMAZING! Our AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave, and after calling 5 other places, you were the only ones who made time for us the day we called due to the extreme heat. You had us and our needs as a priority from the moment we spoke! We needed a new furnace, but that wouldn’t arrive for a few days, and you provided a window unit so we could experience some coolness during the horrible heat- absolutely above and beyond! We felt heard, concerned for, and taken care of. Everyone from the team members who came to the house to the people we spoke to on the phone was so kind and understanding. Thank you!
