"I was very impressed with the whole process! Kristin and Kemper were great and made sure that everything was done quickly and within my price range. The installers did a fabulous job and also repaired a hole in the wall made by the last installer from another company. The whole experience with all of the Ferran employees was great! My old unit was loud when it came on, and the new Carrier unit is silent and working great! I highly recommend Ferran for all of their services, as I have used all of the departments in my house."
