"I would like to thank Burnett, the HAVC Specialist in helping to get the AC unit system. You are truly a blessing. Very patient, understanding, and always returns calls, messages, and answers any questions. Thanks again for being such a GREAT help. I would also like to thank the field supervisor, Reggie, and his team. These guys are very professional; they even put on shoe covers before entering my home, which is very important; they cared about their customers. I’ve had maintenance people from other companies just walk through with shoes dirty and all, and I’ve had to clean up behind them, but these guys from FERRAN are very professional, and they did a great job installing both my indoor and outdoor unit, and also were patient in answering all my questions. Keep up the great work!"
