"I ran into an issue mid-afternoon on a Friday with a plumbing switch-out job. Sophia, who is the representative I spoke with, said they were booked for the rest of the afternoon, and they could not get a technician out until the next morning. I told her I had no water because I was not able to put the old unit back on, and it would not have water until the next morning. I asked her to please try to fit me in, and she was able to work me into the schedule. Please let Corey the plumbing manager, know about the great job she did. "
