"Great service!! I received quotes and interacted with sales from multiple companies, and it was apparent that Michall had the smoothest and simplest process. The sales meeting was quick. The value of this was apparent when a sales agent from another company wanted to talk to me for hours. Michall gave me all the information in an easy-to-reference format, provided options and also recommendations, and made themselves accessible for questions -- exactly what a busy working parent needs. The installation was just as smooth. They told me what to expect and everything went to plan. They came, did the install, and when they left there wasn't a trace of them in sight. When I had a question a few days later, I received an immediate friendly response with an offer for a personal visit if desired. Great experience all around, thank you!"
