The electronics in the thermostat controls have been a challenge but that is due to my senior citizen lack of experience. Stiles has been just great to work with and is a valued partner in maintaining the comfort and healthy environment in our home, especially the Global Plasma ionizer product that we added during COVID. Clean, healthy energy efficient HVAC system. After all, if you have good health you have got everything and CLEAN AIR is a big key component! Thanks!"
