"I recently had two Mitsubishi single-zone mini-split systems installed by Ward: a 9,000 BTU system in October 2024 and a 6,000 BTU system in December 2024. From start to finish, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the entire Ward team - sales, office staff, and installers alike. They are professional, responsive, fair, and honest. Most importantly, the units performed exceptionally well because they were installed with precision and care. During several very cold days recently, our house has remained toasty warm, thanks to Ward and these fantastic mini-split systems.
