We’ve had our fair share of consults across a broad spectrum of home improvement projects while upgrading an older family property. Education and creativity have proven to be golden qualities with who we’ve chosen for jobs. Ethan and Ado were exceptional to work with, and their knowledge and ability to explain concepts that we had little background in, in a way that resonated, was not just impressive but exceedingly valuable. Each step of the way, any questions we had were answered with a thorough and thoughtful explanation. All our options were laid out, and the pros and cons were discussed in detail. We were able to explore several different budgets and configurations, which was essential as your HVAC never falls apart at a convenient time; halfway through a basement renovation and new deck build was not the time to add to the bottom line. The time spent finding a solution that would work for us was immeasurably appreciated. As was the education provided along the way to landing on a solution. The time taken to provide both gave us confidence in our choices and our final decision. The attention to detail, from ensuring that when replacing lines they were done so in a way that allowed for future upgrades, to explaining how to maximize the functionality of our new unit, also showcases the dedication A&L has to providing their clients with the highest quality service. We truly appreciate the time spent, and we value not just our new equipment but the education we received.
