"I would like to say a great big thank you to Hank for coming out and listening to me and giving so much concern and compassion concerning my situation. I was so pleased with the care and services that I received from Hank and the two contractors who came out to install the unit. They made sure everything was installed correctly, and I knew everything that was going on. Not only did they make sure they keep in touch with me to make sure everything was working properly and I was comfortable, but also the company sent me a very special gift to show their appreciation to me for choosing them to serve me, and might I say they were my favorite. Thank you so much for meeting a much-needed problem, making it a thing of the past, and now I am comfortable and relaxing.
