"The entire experience with the On Time Experts team was top-notch, class A service. Starting with Cassandra, who sensed the urgency for a technician dispatch to my home due to the AC not working on one of the hottest summer days! They scheduled an immediate dispatch, and the technician (George) quickly followed up with a call indicating he was en route. George was timely, knowledgeable, and extremely professional as he assessed the unit and apprised me of the options for replacing a unit that was on its last leg. George patched in Tony, and the three of us reached an agreement on the replacement unit needed and the financing arrangements. The transaction was quick and easy, and the new unit was installed the following morning. This was a prime example of white-glove customer-first teamwork. The entire team, from the front of the house service rep, customer-facing techs, to the back of the house financing team, all worked in lock-step to ensure my AC problem was timely resolved with no hassles.
