Both Collin and Lance were very professional in handling our questions, as well as presenting the benefits and features of the New Carrier System they felt to be the best fit for our needs. We did review a standard replacement system that was recommended based on our old unit and our comfort needs. We were impressed with the performance features of the Base unit. After a closer look at the "next step up" system, we were convinced that the better system would meet our needs as well, and be a more economical solution. The Warranty and Service time period is a great selling point to do business with On Time Experts. We look forward to having a quick training system and learning how to better control the system and take advantage of all the great features that an owner can utilize. "

He took photos of our system to show us that we had black mold, and rust on the aging components and he explained that a new system was the only way to get rid of the mold. Even though we weren't looking to replace our system, the new one is much better. The sales person gave us a good deal based on how long we would be staying in our home. We really appreciate the free service agreement that came with our system because my husband is a Veteran. The installation was the next day. The installers, Omar and Edgar did a wonderful job installing our new AC system. They explained the process and how long it would take. They did a great job cleaning up afterward too. "
