"Our sales rep, Cam, was outstanding! Very concerned with repairing our unit and exceptionally knowledgeable when explaining our options for upgrading and replacing our entire system. He explained the warranty benefits upfront and the maintenance service plans. When the installer, Hunter, came out to install our new system, he was very friendly. He did a great job installing everything. Top-notch work! He and his assistant, Chris, worked as the best team! It was evident they were both attentive to the job at hand, and each knew what the other needed for the next step in the job. We are very satisfied with the unit Cam recommended! The accompanying app for the thermostat is super easy to use!"
