"Your company has always done excellent work and been great to deal with. I REALLY appreciated how quickly you were able to install the new heat pump given the weather and all. And my repairman did a super job of answering my questions, explaining my options, the impact of warranties, etc. to help me make a decision I'm happy with. Lastly, thank you SO much for the thoughtful gift -- the cookies are delicious and the cooler will come in very handy. I had co-workers ask who did my work and if I'd recommend them and of course I gave you a big thumbs up. Thanks for everything!"
