"We got home from vacation during a heat advisory, and our A/C finally went out after 20 years. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing our new heat pump and furnace. What set them apart for me was the fact that they went out and purchased and installed a temporary window unit to help us cope with the high heat until they were able to install the new unit (it was the July 4th weekend). "
