Trahan’s had come to service it several times in the past few years. Mark serviced it for the last time and sold us on getting it replaced. Timothy and Slade were the installers and did a great job. I was impressed with their professionalism, commitment, and courtesy. They explained the steps of their progress and cleaned as needed as they went. They did a couple of final sweeps of cleaning and checking everything out. They fully explained the system and thermostat operation. It has been a week since the installation. The cooling, along with the freshness of the UV Air Purifier, is amazing. We will recommend Trahan’s to our friends, family, and anyone who would need their services."
