"Bay Breeze was very responsive, replacing our Heat Pump/Air Conditioner quickly and professionally. The technician quickly determined why our 24-year-old unit wasn't cooling, and they provided estimates for several options to repair or replace the unit within a couple of hours. We decided on a full replacement, and they were helpful talking through the different options. They got the parts and had the unit installed in a matter of days and were extremely professional during the installation. They also offered to provide temporary cooling units if there was going to be a delay in installation. They left the house very tidy and neat, and I felt like they really cared about our needs throughout the entire process!"

"The site visit by Shari, her deep knowledge of the product line, the reasonable quote, and the installation were very easy. We are extremely satisfied with the Mitsubishi system and have not used our electric baseboard units since. We invited Bay Breeze back on-site a couple of times. Once to make a change to the routing of the condensate line, and again to add ducts and diffusers to serve the two bathrooms. Each time, we got fair and reasonable pricing, easy scheduling that was tailored to our availability, excellent craftsmanship, and cleaner spaces than when the techs arrived. All around excellent relationship with Bay Breeze. The delicious cookies are also a terrific touch."
