"Bay Breeze was very responsive, replacing our Heat Pump/Air Conditioner quickly and professionally. The technician quickly determined why our 24-year-old unit wasn't cooling, and they provided estimates for several options to repair or replace the unit within a couple of hours. We decided on a full replacement, and they were helpful talking through the different options. They got the parts and had the unit installed in a matter of days and were extremely professional during the installation. They also offered to provide temporary cooling units if there was going to be a delay in installation. They left the house very tidy and neat, and I felt like they really cared about our needs throughout the entire process!"
