He responded to all of our questions thoroughly and specifically. The sales rep was able to immediately order the agreed-upon furnace product. The installers were prompt, helpful, and friendly. They provided us with a loan of space heaters, as they could not finish the job in one day, as anticipated. They showed us where the cracks were in the old furnace. They showed us the new furnace and also a picture of it after it was installed."
