I so dreaded replacing the attic furnace, but your people were so careful, quiet, and tidy, that I hardly knew they were there! The new furnace runs like a dream. And Brian was just terrific. "I have been a Builders Heating customer for about 20 years. They always kept my old HVAC system running perfectly. When I decided to upgrade the system, they did an excellent job of consulting me on options and with the actual installation of the new HVAC system I selected. Everyone on the team addressed questions and dealt with and resolved quirks immediately. They went beyond my expectations. The installation crew was patient, extremely skilled, friendly, and tidy - just great. Frankly, the new install looks like a work of art. Also, the service tech is always excellent; knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel very safe with everyone from Builders in my home. Their service regularly exceeds expectations. They have earned my confidence over the years and I was thrilled with the new HVAC install and its quality-of-life upgrades!"
