"Northside HVAC responded to a leaking coil in my condenser unit, and Kaleb arrived within a day of me calling them. They were able to obtain a coil on special order within a week, and Kaleb replaced the part, filled the lines, and got my heater back to working in a timely manner. I had 2 other companies bid for entirely new units, but Northside repaired and replaced at a much, much, much lower price compared to the 2 other companies and vs volleying for replacement of the entire unit. Kaleb was Professional, and Sarah was very friendly, easy to work with. Very happy to have found them and would highly recommend them for use in the future. "

"The estimator and install crew were here when agreed upon, and installation was also finished within the original time frame. Our installers went right to work setting everything up, and once it was up and running, Caleb was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining how the new heat pump system and smart thermostat work and how to utilize them together for the best results. We would recommend Northside to anyone needing HVAC installs or service. We are very pleased with our new system. Thanks!!!"
