"After meeting with and receiving estimates from 5 HVAC companies, I decided to go with Modern. I was impressed with the many positive reviews left by customers, the price was fair, and I liked the feedback I was able to find on the equipment offered. Everyone I met from Modern was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. The installation crew was top-notch, and the office team was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. The team worked well with the gas company and the city, and everything was handled perfectly. We did an oil-to-gas conversion, and I was hesitant to go with a combi boiler since it was completely different from what I was used to, but our salesman, Mike, assured me it was the right choice for our needs. I will say I am extremely pleased with the boiler so far and am very happy I went with it. Modern is an excellent company; the team was so easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I definitely made the right choice going with Modern Heating and AC. Thanks to everyone who was involved in my project...you guys are the best!"
