"Kyle used Larkin's initial assessment to start our conversation about what I needed. He did a remarkable job of explaining options that grouped my needs and helped me prioritize “wanted” upgrades and “needed” fixes. Pricing and why that was the pricing was thoroughly explained and all with 0% pressure. Once I made my decision, Kyle expedited and created a very timely execution plan. Once work started, Kyle and Brennan were absolutely “beasts” in propelling the work forward (I appreciated the provision of two additional installers on day 1). I did the full upgrade of plugs and switches with ceiling fan installs throughout, basement recessed lighting, upgraded electrical service, and added electrical service primarily in the basement, bathroom, and kitchen. I simply could not be more pleased and proud of the outcome… not to mention feeling much safer with my much needed safety upgrades. Throughout, Kyle and Brennan were transparent and communicative, efficient and methodical. The work was delivered a day early, and I received a thorough review and walk-through with answers to all my questions and even information I did not think to ask was provided in a manner that I could understand. Your team made me feel like my job was the most important job Electrical Experts had and that I was THE priority!"
