"We discovered Jason E. Brubaker Services through their 09/16/25 ad in the “Your Advertiser” publication. Subsequently, upon navigating to their website, we happily discovered they are knowledgeable about Energy Kinetics boiler systems. We initially spoke with Jason, who was very cordial and set our appointment for only a few days later. Bradlyn and Brandon arrived to diagnose, tune-up, and clean our EK1 90+ Resolute boiler. Both Bradlyn and Brandon were very respectful, tolerant, and patient with questions, of which they fully and readily answered, and appeared to be highly efficient and competent technicians. We enrolled in their Peace of Mind Service Agreement and had happily begun our commitment to their service. Thank you, Brubaker Services, for answering our call, maintaining accurate appointment times, being cordial, and explaining the details of our system while keeping it running efficiently!"
