"Georgia Air has been servicing my unit for years. Nick has been my technician through all of my routine maintenance. Nick is the GOAT of HVAC. This year, I was having issues with air flow to the vents. Nick came out and did diagnostic testing through visual, hands-on, and technological methods. Nick found that the blower motor bearings were going out, and the amp draw was way above the normal range. Time for a new system, as the current unit was 19 years old, and fixing it would inevitably cost more than just upgrading. Chad came out the next day to go over new unit pricing and to go over my concerns to the original placement of the air handler in the attic. Pricing was less than I expected, and he understood my concerns about moving the new unit to a new spot. Chad also mentioned some other minor adjustments like new vents to circulate the air more efficiently. Install day. Steve and Justin showed up promptly at 0830 and got to work. Out with the old and in with the new unit in a different spot as I requested. They even built a new platform for the air handler instead of using the old one. The outside condenser even got a new pad to sit on. Steve and Justin were phenomenal and flawless with install. I honestly didn’t know that the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system would be so easy and affordable. Thank you, gentleman, for such great service. My home is so much more comfortable to be in now, and it looks like my electric bill usage day over day has decreased ($2 dollars a day). "
