"The entire experience of working with GA Air to replace our old A/C was a refreshing change from our prior service company. The only "surprise" was how well everything went! The entire process from initial diagnostic through proposal, selection, and installation was a textbook case on how it should be done. The new system is a major improvement over the old one. "It does not get any better than Georgia Air! When we bought our home 10 years ago, the unit was too small due to the previous owners adding an addition, but not upgrading the system. We have suffered in the summer, and our electric bills have been outrageous. I finally decided to spend the money and have a new system put in. The thorough estimate process with Chad was wonderful. He took the time to answer questions, ask questions, and then provided several different system options on time as promised. Necia in the office is also to be commended! She answered my email questions lightning fast! That is how it should be, and she excels at the customer service she provides! Our installers, Steven and Justin, were hands down the best. They were friendly, interactive, and worked so hard. Our attic is extremely hot, yet they were up there like troopers. When they were finished, they walked us through everything and made sure the new unit was cooling properly. Within an hour on a 90-degree day, our temp went down 10 degrees. By 10, it had reached the target temp in our house, which hasn’t happened in years. I need my house cold, and that is what I have now. This was a decision well worth the money. I could not be happier. Thank you, Chad, Justin, Steven, and Necia! You were incredible!"

"“Please remember our commitment to you is to provide you with a 5-Star customer experience”. The above statement was achieved by the following technicians: Steven, Justin, and Chris. The following is only a small fraction of my overall experience. In the beginning, I could tell upon my initial contact that each of them came to do a job. They were laser-focused on their mission. There was the formal introduction of each team member, excellent eye contact, and a firm handshake. Their professionalism was expressed not only in their words, but also in their actions. Their actions allowed me to know that I was in great hands and that I am a valued customer of Georgia Air. Steven did a fabulous job of explaining the scope of work for the teardown and installations of the new units. No stone was left unturned. I requested to inspect my equipment before installation, and he obliged with zeal. The equipment was in immaculate condition. They kept everything neat and tidy during their workday and left everything spotless before leaving (to include wiping the dirt smeared from the door)! Attention to detail. I also had the honor of meeting their owner, Chad. Chad, at each phase of the process, took the time to answer my questions, respond to communications promptly, and went above and beyond to make himself available. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Necia. The kindest spirit, and she definitely has a keen focus on great customer service, every time. She is thorough and prompt! At the end of the install, they did not ask me to provide them a 5 out of 5 stars, because through their actions each of them earned it! Steven, thank you. You have a sharp team. The work ethic of you and your team is phenomenal. Justin, thank you. Stay sharp and committed to being excellent. Chris, thank you. You conducted the initial maintenance check and arrived with Steven and Justin for the teardown and install. Thus, I was fortunate to cross paths with you twice. Your focus is apparent. Overall, they exemplified great teamwork. Georgia Air is an excellent company that provides top-tier services! I am grateful to each of you for your knowledge, craftsmanship, expertise, and PROFESSIONALISM! I look forward to maintaining our professional relationship, which we’ve cultivated in such a brief span of time. "
