"It was a remarkably smooth process from bid to installation of a new Carrier HVAC system. Your team accomplished an expeditious resolution of issues related to our change of the entire HVAC system. James, Comfort Consultant, was ever present when needed and was able to identify and resolve our humidity issue. I could not believe the installation crew did a whole system swap out in about 6 hours, and it worked! The installation crew was personable, professional, and just plain great.
