"The scheduling process was actually delightful because it was accurate, quick, and done via text, after offering me the choice of text or call. Technician, Turner, was friendly, reliable, and very well-informed. Fixed everything that day, instead of providing a diagnosis only and then scheduling a future appointment to fix things. Found a problem with our water pressure and fixed it. Fixed a sink leak. Installed a good whole-house water shutoff valve to replace our dicey, 30-year-old valve. Fixed leaking outside faucets. Perfect job!"
