"Chris went over and above and beyond to help us get this new toilet installed. When we ran into some problems with the bolts, they were leaking badly. Chris found a couple of much better bolts with the proper seals to remedy the issues of water leaking everywhere. He tried and succeeded for us not to have to go and get a new toilet at Home Depot. Then have him come back another day. Chris was very personal and informed. We so appreciate your company when everyone is like this. Thank you for all of your help!"
