Victor diligently and successfully repaired the problem shower fixture, and when I asked, he also showed me how to turn off my water at the underground plate outside in case I ever experienced a leak or a water emergency. And he didn't make me feel silly that all the wiggly toilet handle needed was a turn of the inside screw. Now I know. Thank you.
