"I was very pleased with the work that Preferred Services performed. Mike was the sales rep who was very informative of the products. He took the time to answer all my questions and wasn’t bothered by them. He always worked with me to provide suggestions to work within my budget, which I appreciated. Also during the project, he kept in touch with me and addressed some concerns and questions that I had afterwards. He was great to work with. Also, the project teams were great. Again, they explained what they would be doing and answered questions as I had them. They were very professional and treated my home with care (putting down a tarp and cleaning up). Want to specifically call out Ben, Andrew, Edwardo, and Eric. I’m sure I may have missed someone, but these individuals were very helpful from beginning to end."

"Our A/C unit failed late Friday on the hottest day of the year. Other companies wouldn't help us until Monday, but Preferred came out early on Saturday and got our A/C working again. The service tech, Noel, was very courteous and professional and identified the problem immediately!"
