"I called Barker's due to our first experience with the company nearly 30 years ago. It was June 18, 1996, and we came home from the hospital with our firstborn child to a house where the air conditioning had gone out. I called Barker's due to things I had heard and explained the situation. This was 30 years ago, but my memory is that within two hours, we had a new unit installed and running so that the new baby and new mama would be comfortable. This spoke volumes to me about the company. Our experience this time was no different. The urgency was not quite there, but the responsiveness, professionalism, and care are still quite evident. Thank you for taking pride in your work and your reputation."
