"On the first day, meeting John, and he did a walkthrough of our house and was very thorough with his inspection. Upfront and honest about the quality of work, and taking a bit more time to do the quality work. We appreciate the thoroughness and quality more than we would a quick, half-done job. "Darcie is always nice on the phone and listens to the details about the situation. Our tech was Eric, and he was very professional, and also friendly and personable. His suggestions about how to handle our security light issues were very helpful. Every time we drive into the driveway, we are so happy with his work - it is functioning how we always wanted, and it is refreshing. The light isn't on at all hours now. And he figured out our issues with wiring in the basement and fixed it. Appreciate it so much!"
