"My gas furnace was not working on a 25-degree morning (12-15-2025), and salesman Eric arrived at 8:18 am and quoted me a replacement cost. At 9:14 am the same morning, Matthew and Malik began replacing my furnace, and Matt came later to ensure everything was going properly. Before 2 pm, the new furnace and thermostat were installed and working. Eric even did a follow-up visit a few days later to see if I had any questions. As a 70-year-old, I was amazed that I could get such fast and courteous service, and Pioneer is now my HVAC and plumbing company of choice."
