Alex came over, listened to my requirements, and presented a solution which was within my price range and without a plethora of confusing variations. Once the work started, Ozzy and Kevin made sure that it happened with the least amount of upsets to my daily routine. Every question was answered, and the installation was explained completely. I did not have to track my brain for questions either, since Ozzy went out of his way to explain the operation and what to do in case of unlikely failure cases. The system has been running smoothly ever since and delivering the promised reduction in power usage and a comfortable home. Thank you!"

We called Elite Comfort Systems for a second opinion and were pleasantly surprised when Alex showed up and explained the real issue to us, which did not include needing to replace the entire unit. It was clear that he truly wanted to help us as a technician and not a salesperson, which is hard to find these days! He was incredibly professional and honest, and went through every detail to make sure we were comfortable with what repairs were needed. The repairs were done immediately, and our furnace is running better than it did when we first moved into our home in 2020. We are now loyal customers and will always use Elite Comfort Systems!"
