"Alex was wonderful! We had a different company come out previously for issues with our furnace, and they were adamant we needed a new furnace even though our house is only 5 years old. We called Elite Comfort Systems for a second opinion and were pleasantly surprised when Alex showed up and explained the real issue to us, which did not include needing to replace the entire unit. It was clear that he truly wanted to help us as a technician and not a salesperson, which is hard to find these days! He was incredibly professional and honest, and went through every detail to make sure we were comfortable with what repairs were needed. The repairs were done immediately, and our furnace is running better than it did when we first moved into our home in 2020. We are now loyal customers and will always use Elite Comfort Systems!"
