"We tried to get a Generac unit last summer with a different company, but they never even called us back. You guys set up the meeting right away and explained everything. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about your products, not pushing or overbearing. On the day of the installation, the guys were on time and very polite and professional. It was done in one day; they really hustled, no tattoos or long hair. Those guys worked hard; the soil here is very rocky, and that had to be a major pain running the lines under the foundation. And they cleaned up when they were done. Overall, I was very impressed with the whole process. I have told a couple of people about it, and they seemed interested, so maybe I send some more business your way. Also, we had a storm about a week after it was installed, and the power went out, in less than a minute it fired up and ran for about 6 hours. WE had central air and TV, mama was happy!!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! "
