"Atchley was able to get to my house within 24 hours...the other four plumbers I contacted either did not respond or could not send a tech within 48 hours after a sewer incursion. From my first phone conversation with the office to the techs who came out the day of service, the employees were excellent. When they could not get the line cleared using a snake, they brought in the jetter the next day and identified the problem. The required sewer replacement was explained to me in detail, and I was given three options. The sewer replacement was done very well by the techs despite some setbacks, and it was obvious that the existing sewer was in need of total replacement. The sewer went under a brick wall, and they did a great job of getting the old sewer out and the new one in. I also had a good experience with the finance person, and the fact that I can pay over time with no interest. Thanks to all of the folks at Atchley! I wish my insurance experience had been as good!"
