100% rating 100 by T.W. from Muncie, IN on 10/05/26 Verified Purchase "We have had a great experience working with Jake's! We have given them a few projects that required a lot of thought and work; however, they completed everything in a very timely manner and did a great job. Everyone that we have ever spoken with at Jake's is always very professional, helpful, and kind. We will be using their service again in the future when other issues occur. "
100% rating 100 by R.T. from Morristown, IN on 09/15/26 Verified Purchase "All the installers wre polite and very courteous. They were very well-groomed and tidied up before they left the job."
100% rating 100 by K.B. from Hagerstown, IN on 09/11/26 Verified Purchase "The three men who came out to help us were wonderful! Jake's was very helpful and came the next day, and had a new unit in our home the next week. Honestly would have been done sooner had it not been for the holiday. But we are very pleased, and they put a sign in our yard. It may just be a sign to some, but it's not only your advertisement it warns people to "Drive as your kids live here," and that means so much to our family, having a 9-year-old. "
100% rating 100 by M.B. from Carmel, IN on 09/04/26 Verified Purchase "Smooth process. I knew I could trust this team over the competition! "
100% rating 100 by J.A. from New Castle, IN on 09/02/26 Verified Purchase "I feel as if I was truly valued as a person, not lumped into a group of people who were worse off than I was, with me being at the bottom of the priority list. You performed the job when you promised and showed up on time. I would recommend your company to everyone! Job well done! I am very happy!"
100% rating 100 by S.E. from Gaston, IN on 08/10/26 Verified Purchase "My experience with Jake's was excellent!!! I look forward to working with them on future projects."
