"Communications from the Text/Messaging Scheduling System were excellent. You are the only service company I've seen that adds the picture and the name of the technician or salesperson showing up. Outstanding! Salespeople offered several solutions and talked through those quotes in detail to give me all the info I needed to make an appropriate choice. I tend to ask a lot of questions through the demo/install process, and every person who worked on this boiler replacement job took the time to explain things. This gives me comfort in knowing more and confidence that they know what they are doing. All in all, a GREAT job from the folks managing the call center to the salespeople, to the on-site technicians implementing the solution. Just LOVE Boehmer and will be using them again FOR SURE!!"
